Helping families with a planned approach to palliative and hospice care relieves the burden of loved ones trying to do it all themselves. Our mission is to help patients and their caregivers live each day to the fullest, and we do that by focusing on people first, then developing a plan and process that works best for the family.
As licensed providers, our team helps patients live each day to the fullest by providing comprehensive, clinical expertise as well as compassionate, emotional and spiritual support for our clients and their loved ones. We educate families about comfort care, pain management and counsel about the other service options available. Our staff adheres to a high level of communication standards to ensure services are beneficial for all involved.
Education About Services
Helping patients understand what happens after their physician has diagnosed a life limiting illness is a standard educational component when consulting families. We educate clients about facts and myths of palliative and hospice care so they have a better understanding of the condition and how to deal with it.
Enable Treatment Plan
After our patient’s and family’s needs have been identified, we provide high quality care according to the plan developed. Our medical director on-site ensures that patients are properly cared for, and that staff administers physical therapy, occupational therapy, 24 hours-nursing and other treatments accordingly.
Understand Your Situation
We care for our patients physically, emotionally and spiritually because we want families to be as happy and functional as possible in their time together. Knowing your family is going through a difficult time, it’s important we learn about your situation so that we may determine the best way we can help.
Paying for Hospice
